At CDealAnalyzer, operated by Pierre Louis Ent LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund policy for each of our subscription plans.
Refund Terms by Plan
Monthly Plan — $27/month
7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, you may cancel at any time but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Annual Plan — $127/year
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. You will retain access until the end of your annual billing cycle.
Lifetime Plan — $397 one-time
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, all lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@cdealanalyzer.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. To cancel, contact us at support@cdealanalyzer.com or manage your subscription through the payment provider's customer portal.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window
